This charming hotel exceeded my expectations. the lobby has a spacious and modern design, while maintaining Japanese traditions. the clean and comfortable rooms provide a peaceful atmosphere with excellent amenities such as central heating and wifi. the public hot springs and saunas were perfect for relaxation. the food was delicious and served with efficiency and high quality.

The food service may not be suited for those who prefer a more leisurely and relaxed atmosphere during meals.

Spent Easter weekend at this hotel and loved the beautiful lobby and comfy rooms with great amenities. the traditional Japanese decor was a nice touch. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Spent Easter at this hotel and had a blast! The location was perfect - near to shops and restaurants. The hotel room was clean and spacious, and the private onsen was the cherry on top of the cake. The breakfast and dinner were also great, with lots of options to choose from. their staff was very friendly and accommodating, which added to the overall experience.
